ABSTRACT
Nasopharyngeal papillomatosis is uncommon. Access and visualization make excision difficult, increasing the risk for recurrence. We present a novel technique of nasopharyngeal papillomatosis.A case series 3 patients with recurrent papilloma nasopharynx (NP) were treated endoscopic transnasal coblation. used an Arthrocare EVac 70 Coblator (setting: coblation-9, coagulation-5).Using coblation, we performed complete in NP (4 total procedures). There no complications. One patient had minor recurrence, which was successfully re-excised same technique.Nasopharyngeal papillomas can be difficult to excise. Multiple techniques have been described using transoral approach, reported However, surgical access entire more challenging approach. Also, bleeding poor secondary encountered these techniques. These problems not The absence eschar decreased collateral thermal damage coblation preferable cauterization or laser excision. This proposed enables removal disease, may reduce recurrence rates.
