Abstract Background The Cognitive Domains and Functional Assessment Questionnaire (QACDF) assesses cognitive functional decline based on the DSM‐5 criteria for Neurocognitive Disorders¹. QACDF has two versions, one patient another informant. It is composed of 30 items, each assessed by a likert scale. This questionnaire appropriate semantic characteristics Brazilian older adult population.
