ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The Cognitive Domains and Functional Assessment Questionnaire (QACDF) assesses cognitive functional decline based on the DSM‐5 criteria for Neurocognitive Disorders¹. QACDF has two versions, one patient another informant. It is composed of 30 items, each assessed by a likert scale. This questionnaire appropriate semantic characteristics Brazilian older adult population. Method objective this study was to translate, adapt assess semantic, idiomatic, experiential conceptual equivalence QACDF. Firstly, QADCF original version in Portuguese translated English Bilingual translators, non‐specialist linguist specialist field.
