ABSTRACT
Asymmetrische Expansion: Ein Sc(OTf)3-Katalysator mit einem N,N′-Dioxid-basierten Liganden bewirkt die katalytische asymmetrische Ringerweiterung der Titelverbindungen. Dabei werden unter milden Reaktionsbedingungen hoch funktionalisierte 2-Chinolone chiralen quartären C4-Stereozentrum in hoher Ausbeute und Selektivität erhalten (siehe Schema; Tf=Trifluormethansulfonyl).
