ABSTRACT
Abstract The ability to monitor and quantify glutathione (GSH) in live cells is essential order gain a detailed understanding of GSH‐related pathological events. However, owing their irreversible response mechanisms, most existing fluorescent GSH probes are not suitable for this purpose. We have developed ratiometric probe (QG‐ 1 ) quantitatively monitoring cellular GSH. responds specifically reversibility with an ideal dissociation constant ( K d 2.59 m fast time t 1/2 =5.82 s). also demonstrate that QG‐ detection feasible model protein system. was found extremely low cytotoxicity applied determine the concentration HeLa (5.40±0.87 ).
