ABSTRACT
Abstract Based on their structural similarity to natural nucleobases, nucleoside analogue therapeutics were integrated into DNA strands through conventional solid‐phase synthesis. By elaborately designing sequences, floxuridine‐integrated synthesized and self‐assembled well‐defined polyhedra with definite drug‐loading ratios as well tunable size morphology. As a novel drug delivery system, these drug‐containing could ideally mimic the Trojan Horse deliver chemotherapeutics tumor cells fight against cancer. Both in vitro vivo results demonstrate that horse buckyball architecture exhibits superior anticancer capability over free other formulations. With precise control ratio structure of nanocarriers, may play an important role treatment exhibit great potential translational nanomedicine.
