ABSTRACT
Abstract Concentration of electrolyte has significant effects on performances rechargeable batteries. Previous studies mainly focused concentrated electrolytes. So far, only several recipes low‐concentration electrolytes were studied, performing enhanced performance in advanced Here, based common components, a composed 0.2 M lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF 6 ) solvated fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) and ethyl methyl (EMC) is employed for high‐voltage Li metal battery. The synergistic working mechanisms introducing fluorine‐containing solvent the structure low salt concentration effect are revealed, resulting LiF‐rich, uniform, robust solid interphase layer fewer unfavorable decomposition products. As result, this significantly enhances electrochemical Li||Li symmetric cells LiCoO 2 ||Li
