ABSTRACT
Abstract Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its blend films were prepared by melt‐blending the binary mixture of PVDF/dibutyl phthalate (DBP) ternary PVDF/CaCO 3 /DBP in combination TIPS. Their morphologies characterized scanning electron microscope depended on preparation condition, such as diluent CaCO weight fraction, cooling rate, crystallization information was also investigated DSC. The results showed that influenced morphology PVDF TIPS process regardless conditions, formation spherulitic can be disturbed at quenching condition. effect fraction tensile strength measured, which indicated had a negative strength. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
