ABSTRACT
Abstract Trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene/single wall carbon nanotubes nanocomposites (TPI/SWCNT) with thermo‐ and electro‐active shape memory performance were prepared via solution blending vulcanization. Herein, the mechanical, thermo‐mechanical, electric conductivity properties, properties of pure TPI TPI/SWCNT investigated. It was demonstrated that addition SWCNT into matrix can improve its crystallinity, crystallization temperature storage modulus characteristics, form a two‐crystal melting peak. Compared TPI, need more time to recover their initial under thermo stimulus, recovery ratio 2.5 wt% about 92%. Moreover, content up 2.0 30 V could not electro but displayed property 87.5%, because certain amount provide joule heat melt crystals completely unfreeze cross‐linking network TPI.
