ABSTRACT
Abstract Since the rapid development of nanomedicine in oncotherapy, multiple nanomaterials are adopted to regulate immune system cancer individuals. Tumor immunotherapy enhances function patients achieve purpose killing tumor cells by utilizing organism mechanism. As emerging inorganic carbon nanoparticles, dots (CDs) have been found as photosensitizers, vaccines, immunoadjuvants, and so on for treatment due their unique structure property, such effective platforms drug delivery, immunomodulation, phototherapy. In this review, we mainly discuss recent application CDs prospects field medicine. By assessing achievements challenges immunotherapy, our review would provide mechanistic insights into evolution future nanomedicine.
