ABSTRACT
Premise of the Study Access to improved crop cultivars is foundation for successful agriculture. New must have yields that are determined by quantitative and qualitative traits. Genotype‐by‐environment interactions ( GEI ) occur traits such as reproductive fitness, longevity, height, weight, yield, disease resistance. The stability genotypes across a range environments can be analyzed using analysis. analysis includes univariate multivariate analyses with both parametric non‐parametric models. Methods Results program STABILITYSOFT online software based on JavaScript R calculate several statistics various These include Plaisted Peterson's mean variance component θ i ), Plaisted's GE (i) Wricke's ecovalence index W 2 regression coefficient b deviation from S di Shukla's σ environmental CV Nassar Huhn's (1) , (2) equation (3) (6) Thennarasu's NP Kang's rank‐sum. important in identification stable genotypes; hence, this compare select multiple environment trials given data set. This supports repeated matrix types. accuracy results obtained was tested plants. Conclusions new provides user‐friendly interface estimate accurately plant scientists, agronomists, breeders who deal large volumes data. also show ranking patterns describe associations among different yield performance through heat map plot. available at https://mohsenyousefian.com/stabilitysoft/ .
