ABSTRACT
Abstract A poly(dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6) was used as a new solid‐phase extraction material for the selective enrichment of phosphopeptides. Isolation phosphopeptides achieved based on specific ionic interactions between and phosphate group Thus, method developed optimized, including loading, washing elution steps, To assess this potential, tryptic digest three proteins ( α ‐ casein, β ‐casein ovalbumin) applied poly(dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6). The nonspecific products were removed by centrifugation washing. spectrometric analysis performed using matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Highly both mono‐ multiphosphorylated peptides with minimum interference from compounds. Furthermore, evaluation efficiency applying egg white. Finally, quantum mechanical calculations to calculate binding energies predict affinity various ligands. newly identified found be highly efficient tool phosphopeptide recovery proteins.
