ABSTRACT
The association between programed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in vestibular schwannoma (VS) has been investigated a few studies. These published studies report difference the PD-L1 positivity rate malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. We examined expression lymphocyte infiltration patients with VS who had undergone surgical resection clinicopathological features. The of PD-L1, CD8, Ki-67 40 tissue specimens was using immunohistochemistry, clinical review performed.Of samples, 23 (57.5%) were positive for 22 (55%) CD8. No significant differences age, tumor size, pure-tone audiometry, speech discrimination, or observed PD-L1-positive PD-L1-negative groups. A higher level CD8-positive tumors than tumors. We demonstrated that expressed tissues. Although no correlation identified characteristics expression, CD8 confirmed. Thus, additional research on targeting is necessary to improve immunotherapy future.
