ABSTRACT
Abstract Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are novel biomarkers of various cancers. CircRNAs can sponge miRNAs and regulate target mRNAs, which was called competing endogenous (ceRNA). This study designed to identify circRNAs related patients with clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) the first select three independent Gene Expression Omnibus microarrays covering circRNAs, miRNAs, mRNAs for multiple analyses. The data clinical cases applied in our were obtained from Cancer Genome Atlas. We successfully conducted a circRNA/miRNA/mRNA ceRNA network ccRCC via R software Cytoscape including 8 6 49 mRNAs. prognosis‐associated subnet covered 22 Quantitative real‐time PCR measure prediction lines 23 pairs tissues. Small interfering RNA targeting back‐splice region hsa_circ_0001167 further implied confirm regulation. Ultimately, hsa_circ_0001167/hsa‐miR‐595/CCDC8 regulatory axis identified this study, may serve as prognostic indicators. Lower levels CCDC8 potentially correlated worse patient survival.
