ABSTRACT
Abstract This paper focuses on the economic and psychological vulnerabilities that are intensified due to effects of COVID‐19 pandemic individuals' health, education living standards. The deteriorating mental financial conditions individuals, called vulnerability, have made an impact consumers' consumption patterns habits. study has proposed when consumer increase, consumers will be more likely express prosocial behaviours assume higher social capital change may influence their regulations. findings based a panel survey 786 individuals via CATI in two waves data collection Türkiye (Wave I: 20 July–10 August 2020; Wave II: November–10 December 2020). In I, it is found face tendency show behaviour negatively affected. II, cases peaked, while vulnerability still leads lower behaviour, gets reversed results behaviour. Interestingly, both waves, perceive positive increased they less regulation.
