ABSTRACT
Abstract We report a fluorescent dye TM by incorporating the tetraphenylethylene (TPE) and cholesterol components into perylene bisimides (PBI) derivative. Fluorescence emission spectrum shows that has stable red aggregation‐induced (AIE) characteristics. The incorporation of triggers to show induced chirality through supramolecular self‐assembly. cRGD‐functionalized nanoparticles were prepared encapsulating dyes with amphiphilic polymer matrix. functionalized organic exhibit excellent biocompatibility, large Stokes’ shift good photostability, which make them effective probes for targeting cancer cells high fluorescence contrast.
