ABSTRACT
Abstract A cell carrier plays an important role in the maintenance, growth and engraftment of specific cells aimed for defined therapeutic uses many tissue engineering strategies. suitable microenvironment allows maximum efficacy hybrid device. We have prepared injectable thermosensitive chitosan/β‐glycerophosphate/collagen (C/GP/Co) gel investigated its potential application as a support culture skeletal muscle satellite (SMSCs). viability assay was used to evaluate vitro cytocompatibility gel. Cell assessed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), confocal laser (CLSM) histological analysis. The influence C/GP/Co on plasticity SMSCs seeded at surface induction myogenic, osteogenic adipogenic differentiation. provided appropriate environment vitro. In addition, supported SMSC plasticity. vivo testing SMSC‐seeded subcutaneous injection into dorsum nude mice. both imaging examination explants. conclusion, hydrogel is cytocompatible delivery supportive Thus, this has applications regenerative medicine.
