ABSTRACT
The aims of this study were to delineate the expression fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) 4 in human uterine endometrium and its function regulation proliferation, migration invasion epithelial cells. Immunohistochenistry, immunofluorence Western blotting used determine cellular localization FABP4 endometrial cell lines. Interference small ribonuclear acid (siRNA) specific inhibitor inhibit FABP4. cells evaluated with CCK-8 assay, wound-healing test transwell analysis respectively. We found that was expressed by proliferative stromal secrectory endometrium. Epithelial lines Ishikawa RL-952 decreased siRNA. siRNA inhibition significantly concluded is functionally epithelium necessary for maintaining
