ABSTRACT
ARID3A is upregulated in colorectal cancer and can promote the proliferation metastasis of cells. However, patients with higher level have a better prognosis. This study aimed to uncover mechanism by which benefits prognosis colon cancer. Our results indicated that upregulation enhanced chemosensitivity cells 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), whereas downregulation inhibited 5-FU. Through database analysis, we found AKR1C3, drug resistance-related gene, was target ARID3A. Moreover, AKR1C3 downregulated tissues compared normal tissues. Next, assessed interaction between ARID3A, transcription leading We also verified ratio had suggested promoted inhibiting The good marker predict patients.
