ABSTRACT
Late radial artery (RA) thrombosis occurs in 3-9% after transradial interventions. RA occlusion has made this approach unsuitable for repeat interventions and obviated the need alternative vascular access catheterization, e.g., left (with certain risk of bilateral occlusion) or femoral with its shortcomings and, sometimes, life-threatening complications requiring surgical treatment (large groin hematoma, arterio-venous fistula false aneurysm, retroperitoneal hemorrhage). We demonstrate possibility retrograde recanalization, dilatation, restoration patency within 6 days first coronary diagnostic catheterization complicated acute occlusion. Thus we were able to recanalize previously occluded reuse it
