The GuideLiner catheter (Vascular Solutions, Minneapolis, MN) is a novel, rapid exchange that allows deep vessel intubation. We describe 21 patients in whom the [7 French (F) 76% and 6F 24%] was used to facilitate equipment delivery (n = 14) or engagement 7).
