ABSTRACT
We report a new technique for treatment of radial artery pseudoaneurysm (RAP) caused by transradial access (TRA) coronary angiography. Traditional extrinsic compression with flow cessation leads to local milieu likely associated an increase in probability occlusion (RAO). Our involves obtaining ipsilateral distal the neck RAP followed prolonged sheath dwell time covering which allows sac thrombose and maintains lumen patency. © 2016 The Authors.
