ABSTRACT
Most commonly caused by trauma, basal skull fractures present with a range of clinical signs. These include periorbital ecchymosis, as seen in this case, well rhinorrhea, otorrhoea and post-mastoid ecchymosis. Suspected cases must be managed appropriate imaging medical or surgical treatment indicated.
