ABSTRACT
AbstractStevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS) with respiratory distress can lead to fatal outcomes. However, there are a few reports of drug‐induced lung injury with diffuse alveolar damage caused by acetaminophen, the most severe type. Here, we describe a fatal case of acetaminophen‐induced SJS in a child with irreversible lung lesions.
