This case report is a 13‐year‐old Hispanic male who suffered postsurgical complication after removal bezoar. He had past surgical appendectomy presented hospital 1‐day right lower quadrant associated fever diarrhea. X‐radiation images computed tomography scans aided diagnosis pelvic abscess as enterotomy closure remove bezoar from small bowel. The initial resulted patient staying 19 days hospital.
