Key Clinical Message Even in the absence of other symptoms or pulmonary manifestations suggesting Sjögren's syndrome (SS), it is necessary to include SS differential diagnosis diffuse cystic lung disease (CLD). Abstract A case that presented initially with CLD reported. This considered rare because cysts were observed early stage few symptoms, only without lesions on imaging, cyst formation was histologically be alveolar loss, and airway not imaging suspected based function testing. The details this provide extremely important information consider for management SS.
