ABSTRACT
Abstract Alkaline water electrolysis remains one of the most promising technologies for large‐scale production green hydrogen. However, further increases in efficiency remain elusive, as new electrode materials that are highly efficient laboratory cannot maintain their performance under industrial conditions. Within this work, we present a beaker cell setup, which relevance research can already be investigated by applying Thus, setup allows testing at 80 °C 30 wt. % KOH more than 300 hours. Electrodes contacted with an in‐house designed Ni tuck‐in holder and two types reference electrodes recommended. In addition, protocol to unify catalyst is introduced.
