ABSTRACT
Abstract Organophosphorus compounds are essential structures in modern pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and material sciences. The development of new efficient methods for the synthesis C–P bonds has been an important focus research. We herein report a Pd‐catalyzed enamido C(sp 2 )–H phosphorylation direct construction under simple convenient conditions without need additional ligands or directing groups. present reaction can tolerate wide range functional groups, furnish variety products including tetrasubstituted‐vinyl β‐aminophosphonates that otherwise difficult to access. This protocol was also exemplified into late‐stage modification bioactive natural suitable large‐scale synthesis.
