ABSTRACT
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the genetics of sucrose and soluble sugar accumulation in soybean [ Glycine max (L.) Merrill.] impact on food quality. A recombinant inbred line population, constructed from ZD27 HF25 with parents having significantly different levels content, was used. Using QTL‐Sequencing method, we identified 16 QTLs affecting sugar, including a major sucrose‐associated QTL, qSU1901 , 10.6%–13.2% phenotypic variation for sucrose. To narrow down list candidate genes, analyzed polymorphisms within QTL interval. We further explored temporal expression patterns key genes involved transport metabolism through dynamic transcriptome analysis. generated gene regulatory network that correlated content using weighted co‐expression By combining QTL‐Seq RNA‐Sequencing data, narrowed 233 genes. In conclusion, our findings provide better understanding regulation soybean.
