ABSTRACT
Abstract The scientific literature related to human resource management (HRM) and sustainability has increased since 2015, coinciding with the establishment of 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This article combines a bibliometric approach, using VOSviewer SciMat software, systematic review assess identify production in this domain. During period studied (1996–2023), results reveal role HR achieving corporate but also responsibility companies apply sustainable principles HRM practices. Based on findings less developed issues SDGs model research proposals is provided, focusing mental health (SDG 3), gender equality 5), collaboration towards climate action responsible consumption (SDGs 12 & 13), more emphasis SDG 1 regarding social organisations.
