ABSTRACT
Abstract Electroreduction carbon dioxide into formate has been regarded as a hopeful measure to relieve global warming. Copper‐based hollow fibers demonstrated good performances on converting in previous researches. Herein Cu−Sn alloy were synthesized an innovative way, combining the structure advantages of fiber and high selectivity towards η′ bronze. Tests under different gas injection conditions conducted analyze contribution suppression hydrogen evolution promotion kinetics. Strikingly, 45 % fiber, optimal catalyst this work, achieved highest faradaic efficiency 90.96 at lower potential −0.75 V vs. RHE than most non‐noble catalysts, FE H 2 was below 4 %.
