ABSTRACT
Abstract An insulating composite was made from the sustainable building blocks wool, sulfur, and canola oil. In first stage of synthesis, inverse vulcanization used to make a polysulfide polymer oil triglyceride sulfur. This polymerization benefits complete atom economy. second stage, powdered mixed with coating fibers through electrostatic attraction. The wool mixture were then compressed mild heating provoke S−S metathesis in polymer, which locks matrix. imparted tensile strength, properties, reduced flammability composite. All are or derived waste is promising lead on next‐generation insulation for energy conservation.
