ABSTRACT
Abstract Preclinical Research The A urora family of serine/threonine kinases plays important roles in process cell division or mitosis. Overexpression , B and C has been identified many human cancers including colon carcinoma cells. To date, a number small molecular inhibitors have developed for reducing activities tumor cells preclinical clinical trials. In this study, we describe the properties AM ‐005, novel orally active / kinase inhibitor. ‐005 irreversibly inhibited proliferation levels phospho‐ H istone 3 lines. Defective mitosis was also visualized ‐005‐treated HT29 by microscopy. Flow cytometric analysis showed that induced accumulation with > 4N DNA content time concentration‐dependent manner, underwent severe apoptosis at 72 h. Moreover, given intragastrically led to suppression proliferative response xenograft model carcinoma. These results indicate utility as promising noncytotoxic agent treating
