ABSTRACT
Abstract Myocardial fibrosis detected by cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) has been reported in patients with desmin‐related myopathy, although its characteristics remain unclear. Here, we describe a case of restrictive cardiomyopathy wherein CMR imaging revealed myocardial oedema, ischaemia, and the left ventricle; different types processes injury were CMR. Middle wall ventricular enhancement may be feature late gadolinium enhancement, lateral is often involved cases injury. useful for early detection involvement prediction prognosis diagnosed myopathy.
