ABSTRACT
Chemoenzymatic cascades enable reactions with the high productivity of chemocatalysts and selectivity enzymes. Nevertheless, combination these different fields catalysis is prone to mutual deactivation metal‐ biocatalysts. In this study, a one‐pot sequential two‐step catalytic cascade reaction was successfully implemented for synthesis methylene‐bridged bis(2‐substituted benzofuran). first step, palladium‐free Sonogashira used benzofuran derivative. subsequent formed 2‐substituted hydroxylated by monooxygenase P450 BM3 variant (A74S‐F87V‐L188Q) undergoes further elimination reactions. The study proofs that Cu scorpionate catalyzed cross‐coupling mediated oxidation possible results in up 84 % yield final product. boosted capturing inhibiting components.
