ABSTRACT
Abstract A fullerene‐C 60 ‐modified glassy carbon electrode has been examined for the simultaneous determination of 2′‐deoxyadenosine (2′‐dAdo) and adenine in human blood urine using Osteryoung square‐wave voltammetry (OSWV) at pH 7.2. Compared to bare (GCE), modified displays a shift oxidation potential negative direction with significant increase peak current both analytes. At well‐defined anodic peaks 1248 mV 994 are observed 2′‐dAdo respectively. Linear calibration curves were obtained within concentration range 10 nM 100 μM compounds 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) limit detection 0.8×10 −8 0.95×10 The analytical utility present method is demonstrated by quantitative normal subjects as well patients hepatocellular carcinoma. Interfering effect some coexisting metabolites also reported.
