ABSTRACT
Abstract Herein, Ag nanoparticles (NPs) modified MoS 2 (Ag−MoS ) was applied to the surface of glassy carbon (GC) produce a robust electrochemical sensor for detection thiabendazole, common antifungal in post‐harvesting fruits. Cyclic voltammetry studies confirmed thiabendazole exhibited an irreversible, diffusion‐controlled process on Ag−MoS with two‐fold increase peak current than pristine 2. A square wave used TBZ. The developed linear range between 1–10 μM LOD down 0.1 (S/N>3). Analysis TBZ mango and banana matrices gave recovery 91.6–100.4 % indicating suitability food safety monitoring.
