ABSTRACT
Messenger RNA (mRNA)-based vaccines are advantageous because they can be relatively quicker and more cost efficient to manufacture compared other traditional vaccine products. Lipid nanoparticles have three common purposes: delivery, self-adjuvanting properties, mRNA protection. Faster development requires an fast assay monitor purity integrity. Microchip CE is known a robust technology that capable of rapid separation. Here, we describe the optimization integrity for mRNA-based encapsulated in lipid using commercial microchip-based The analytical parameters optimized were assessed method stability indicating assay.
