ABSTRACT
Abstract A double forward–reverse (DFR) flow high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique was developed for the separation of coplanar chlorobiphenyl (CB) congener 77 and nonplanar CB 110. The DFR separated these two congeners into different HPLC fractions; each fraction analyzed using gas chromatography–electron capture detection. method successfully applied in analysis Aroclor mixtures fish samples.
