ABSTRACT
Abstract The global prevalence of prediabetes is on the rise, and it value to manage predisposal diabetes at an early stage. Myricetin a natural polyhydroxyflavonoid, found in planta with several health benefits. This study aimed evaluate effects myricetin prediabetes. In vitro assay indicated that cell viability, endocytosis phagocytosis macrophages were inhibited RAW 264.7 cells under high glucose (HG) levels, concurrent increase reactive oxygen species level. Administration dose 10 μM, restored immunosuppressive mediated by HG. Moreover, viability Jurkat was also inhibition interleukin‐2 (IL‐2) interferon‐gamma (IFN‐γ) expression levels versus PD‐1 after treated μM. prediabetic mouse model fed fat diet, body weight, mass, fasting blood glucose, Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) low‐density lipoprotein (LDL‐C) observed. Flow cytometry analysis revealed significant decrease CD8 + T spleen blood, whereas CD3 , CD4 lymph significantly elevated. showed potential hypoglycemic lipid‐lowering effect both prevention treatment, addition restoration innate adaptive immune immunity mice confirmed immunomodulation effect. addition, 16S rRNA ameliorated may be related relative abundance Acetatifactor Blautia Intestinimonas Anaerotruncus Peptococcus .
