Total resection was achieved 3 cases with benign tumors. Safe margins obtained 2 recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Pathological biopsy NPC lesion between Eustachian tube arterial sheath achieved. internal carotid artery (ICA) accurately located protected all no complications occurred.
