ABSTRACT
Abstract CircRNAs have been reported to play crucial roles in tumor progression and recurrence, showing potential as biomarkers cancer. However, the global abundance of circRNA their involvement hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development not fully explored. Whole transcriptome sequencing was performed on peritumor from 60 patients with HCC quantify expression circRNAs, calculated by index (CRI). Gene‐set enrichment analysis weighted gene co‐expression network were used reveal biological signaling pathways associated abundance. The correlation between infiltration level CD8 + T cells explored immunohistochemical assays. Small interfering RNA knock down pre–messenger spliceosome cell lines verify regulation We found that dysregulation both could lead worse prognosis. assay further revealed would obstruct invading into tumor, which might explain its also demonstrated genes main factors regulate HCC, these results confirmed knockdown experiments. Conclusion : This study association patients' prognosis underlying mechanism.
