ABSTRACT
Abstract This paper introduces an efficient wavelet thresholding strategy and robust shrinkage approach (WTS) for de‐noising the ECG signals. The optimal mother signal is automatically selected based on cross‐correlation energy‐to‐entropy indices. A dynamic threshold applied to various levels of decomposition eliminate different types noise. suggested attain seamless on–off transitions. achievement WTS compared with state art reported in literature using 180 real signals collected from 60 volunteers. were recorded three standard machines without applying filtering option provide a diverse range noisy outcomes show that presented can select particular signal, it superior other techniques terms average predicted signal‐to‐noise ratio (), root‐mean‐square error execution time (AET).
