ABSTRACT
Abstract Coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) is becoming an established tool for label‐free multi‐photon imaging based on molecule specific vibrations in the sample. The technique has proven to be particularly useful lipids, which are abundant cells and tissues, including cytoplasmic lipid droplets (LD), recognized as dynamic organelles involved many cellular functions. increase number of undergoing cell proliferation a common feature neoplastic processes [1] LD also appears early marker drug‐induced stress subsequent apoptosis [3]. In this paper, CARS‐based method presented monitor content HCT116 colon tumour treated with chemotherapeutic drugs Etoposide, Camptothecin protein kinase inhibitor Staurosporine. Using CARS, LDs can easily distinguished from other components without application fluorescent dyes provides non‐invasive drug screening assay that could used not only tissues ex vivo but potentially .
