ABSTRACT
Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a devastating disease insulting neurological system, and it could be further exacerbated by overwhelming inflammatory responses, where macrophages play central role. Depending on their heterogeneous phenotypes, contribute intricately to SCI's pathological processes functional recovery. Although stimuli like interferons cytokines are known regulate phonotypical transition, remains elusive which epigenetic programs engage complete phenotype shift. We report here that, the treatment of TMP269, highly selective class IIa HDACs inhibitor, augments production pro-inflammatory in after SCI, meanwhile, TMP269 also promotes M1 activation, independent Th1 or Th2 cytokines. Moreover, exacerbates tissue damage impairs recovery SCI. At last, adoptive transfer bone marrow-derived (BMDMs) overexpressing shows beneficial effects inflammation resolution Thus, activating harness anti-inflammatory may represent potential target treat
