ABSTRACT
To investigate the effect and mechanism of microRNA-92b-3p (miR-92b-3p) targeting Homeobox D10 (HOXD10) on proliferation, migration, invasion gastric cancer, we detected expression miR-92b-3p HOXD10 in SGC-7901 cells. The effects or invasion, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2/9 cells were measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, Transwell Western blot, respectively. results showed that was increased, decreased cells, compared with human normal epithelial GES-1. Functional experiments demonstrated cell MMP-2/9 significantly inhibited silencing overexpression. Moreover, a potential target gene as evidenced TargetScan software double luciferase reporter assay. In rescue experiment, knockdown HOXD10, accompanied higher MMP-2/9, could eliminate inhibitory invasion. conclusion, is highly expressed cancer interfering its might inhibit via downregulating HOXD10.
