ABSTRACT
Abstract The assembly strategy to prepare a monolayer of bovine serum albumin on the surface silica gel supported gold nanoparticles is described. stereo‐specific recognition ability this material was evaluated by enantioresolution Dansyl‐norvaline. For enantiomeric separation, influences buffer concentration and organic modifier separation performance were investigated. A better in terms peak shape found with phosphate at 30 mM. Moreover, resolution can be improved addition methanol solution. Enantioresolution Dansyl‐norvaline obtained from optimized conditions. It appears that immobilization as chiral selector Dansyl‐derivative amino acid promising.
