ABSTRACT
Abstract Introduction Despite the benefits of measurement‐based care (MBC) in behavioral health setting, there have been difficulties implementation and low saturation. Although barriers facilitators to MBC identified, research has generally only included perspective one stakeholder group. The current study aims examine similarities differences—by group—in identified implementing setting. Method A purposeful sampling approach was used recruit conduct interviews focus groups with stakeholders (clinicians, clinic leaders, administrative staff) from four clinics at an academic medical center that is part a larger healthcare system. data coding process directed content analytic whereby team iterative analyze deidentified transcripts starting codebook based on Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) constructs. Results total 31 clinicians, 11 8 staff participated groups. There convergence among all regarding which CFIR constructs were as facilitators, but differences specific thematic factors by within each these construct often connected their role MBC. Conclusion Collecting information multiple involved may enhance successful given variation between factors. Administrative perspectives, not reported literature, be particular importance planning implementation.
