ABSTRACT
A Ni-based alloy was heat treated by changing the temperature and ambient atmosphere of treatment. Morphology, crystal structure, physical performance were characterized via SEM, XRD, TEM, PPMS. Results show that due to treatment process, grain growth removal impurities defects are promoted. Both orientation stress caused rolling reduced. The permeability saturation magnetization improved. hysteresis loss coercivity decreased. Higher leads increased improvement magnetization. Heat in hydrogen is more conducive impurities. At same temperature, magnetic heat-treated better than an with vacuum. shows excellent on 1,373 K atmosphere.
