ABSTRACT
The ultra‐clean and defect‐free transfer of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene is essential for its application in electronic devices. Here, we study the influence commonly used etching solvents during process, i.e. ammonium persulfate, ferric chloride, nitrate, on properties CVD by Raman spectroscopy. Obvious blue shift broadening G 2D peaks were observed transferred chloride as compared to that persulfate. These changes are attributed p ‐doping well reduction phonon lifetime presence residue iron compounds process. latter would also introduce a great thermal conductivity graphene, e.g. with 76% nitrate This work provide valuable information high‐quality graphene.
