ABSTRACT
Urine is considered as one of the diagnostically important bio fluids, it has many metabolites. The distribution and physiochemical properties metabolites may vary during any altered metabolic pathological conditions. Raman spectroscopy was employed in characterization human urine normal subjects oral cancer patients finger print region (500–1800 cm −1 ). Principal component analysis‐based linear discriminant analysis performed to discriminate from subjects. classifies with a sensitivity specificity 98.6% 87.1%, respectively, an overall accuracy 93.7%.
